Refund Policy

Should you wish to return your item(s) please notify us on within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and include your order number.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase on items in their original condition with security tags still attached for refund of the cost of the goods. Please note we do not offer paid return shipping labels at this time, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note any items returned damaged, tangled or without the security tag attached will not be refunded.
Pack the item(m) you wish to return in their original condition with the security tag attached and in the jewellery box provided, please also enclose a copy of your order number. 
Post the item(s) back via Royal Mail. Before sending, please ensure your package is fully sealed. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any items until they reach us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Upon receipt of your return, your original method of payment will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the initial shipping fee (exceptions may apply).  A refund takes up to 10 business days to credit your account.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange of your order. However you can return an unwanted item to us for a full refund and place a new order for an alternative item.
