Shipping & Delivery

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

UK Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days from date of purchase.

Within the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which takes 1-3 working days at a standard price £7.00.

All deliveries are tracked, insured and require a signature upon receipt. You will be provided with the tracking number by email.

If no one is available to receive your item, a Royal Mail card will be left offering you the option to have the item delivered on a different date or collected from your local post office.

Delivery time applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland where delivery may take slightly longer.

International Delivery

Deliveries to Europe and Worldwide orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at a standard price £10.00.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Royal Mail states delivery within 5-14 working days depending on the country of destination.

Whilst we are able to ship globally, please be aware that with local Covid-19 regulations, and changes within the EU following Brexit, we are currently experiencing delays with Royal Mail.  

Royal Mail is monitoring for new announcements that may impact additional countries. The complete and constantly updated list of affected countries can be found on their website. Royal Mail International Incident Bulletin 

On international deliveries, your parcel is usually handled by more than one courier service. Hence when parcels are sent abroad, the actual delivery of your parcel will be their responsibility. Often delays of up to 10 days are caused by customs checks.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal office for rates.

What do I do if my order is lost

If you believe your package is lost, please email us right away at info@karinaconstantine.store and we will try our best to solve the issue.
Items cannot be replaced or refunded before they are classified as lost items by the Royal Mail services. That is 20 working days for UK and 30 working days for international deliveries after the dispatch date.
Please note that our store is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. 

Can I amend an order

If you need to amend delivery address, please contact us within the hour of you placing the order at info@karinaconstantine.store. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any further modifications to the order, including cancellations.

How your order will arrive

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. You will receive your jewellery in a pouch and a gift box.
